this document sets out the total Terms and Conditions that apply to any transaction between you and Viroxware.
Normally you download an evaluation copy of one of our products or services from our website. In order to update and make use of the downloaded programs to their full potential, you need to subscribe or obtain a license.
You can place your order (for example for an activation key) by using Viroxware’s online Shopping System and when you place your Order, we will send you an Order Number or Key to get full access to your program via email or sms, depending on your product. Alternatively, you can call our customer service centre and place an order via the telephone. You can find the telephone number on the website under the contact us tab.
After receipt of your order, we will notify you that your order is being processed. This notification is by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email. However, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures and payment has been received. Viroxware reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment and estimated time of delivery of the goods that you have ordered, or in case of a key, we’ll sent you the key after your payment has been cleared. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email in order to discuss alternative products, or to cancel the order if necessary.

Payment and ownership of goods
Viroxware currently accepts direct debit and Credit Card payments. Regularly new payment options are added, and payment options also depend on the country the products are offered. Personal cheques are never accepted. All products will remain property of Viroxware until payment has been received in full, and in case of software or other digital products, the software license (EULA) will be in place.
Viroxware owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
Delivery of your order
If applicable, all freight costs will be borne by the purchaser and are clearly stated on the Viroxware invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit by any courier or Postal service, and need to register for insurance if you would like to have the goods in transit insured. You are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery, and you are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Estimated time of arrival of your order
In case of ordering products that have to be physically shipped, Viroxware will make every effort to deliver on time or on the agreed or stated estimated time of arrival. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, lost or partially lost shipments.
Deliveries or pickup
Most of Viroxware’s products are downloaded via the internet, sms, mobile internet or other ways of electronic data transfer. However, in case of physically shipped products, Viroxware offers you different ways to obtain your product. Depending on your needs and the products, you can choose to have express delivery or normal delivery. Note that for the different delivery options different post & package prices apply.
